Here are the rules:

  • Tractor being nominated must not have been a featured in the last 12 months.
  • You must have at least three posts in the forums which makes you a full member
  • You need 2 photos attached to your post as attachments, not linked from another site, the year make and model, and a brief description of your history with the tractor and what you use it for most.

We will accept up to 5 nominations, this thread will be closed after the 5th nomination. Once 5 nominations are made we will start a new thread for the voting. Voting will run to the end of the current month and on the 1st of the following month the winner will be featured in our Featured Tractors section.

Rules subject to change to better work for everyone. Good luck!

I would like to enter my Craftsman GT6000. I have had it for a few years now. I got it when I was 9 (I am 14 now). After that is sat at my grandpas farm and everytime I went over there I drove it around. Pulling trailers and everything I could pull. But, then the day came that my grandpa had to sell the farm to my uncle. Well, then I got to bring it home. It has worked hard ever since. Pulling a drag to grad my drive way. It does a very nice job. I just with I had a 3pt on it to plow alittle. lol
But any way. in a little bit I will edit my post and put in pictures. If thats ok.
Cause right now its 5 acres back out of fuel. lol

I would like to nominate my 2008 Kubota GR2110 diesel, which has a 21hp 3cyl liquid cooled diesel.I bought this tractor new in July 2008 because I wanted to get better fuel economy than what I was using at the time.It has a 54" deck, which cut my mowing time down quite a bit,but still takes me 5 hours though. The grill guard is something I fabbed up,and it folds down so I can open the hood. I only have one picture of it at the moment.

I am nominating my 1966 Massey Ferguson 10. My father-in-law spotted it near his home and helped me grab it. I went through and sandblasted every little piece and rebuilt the engine. The only thing I didn't touch was the transmission, just tightened the case bolts. My baby starts right up and is full of power. The best part of the restoration process was learning all of the history about these Massey models and chatting with fellow owners/restorers. It's my first and still my favorite.

Yep nothing to be afraid. Doesn't matter if your tractor is new, used, abused or restored.

Ok well you guys talked me into it. I will nominate my bolens. Its a 1979 1220. Not alot of story behind it. I bought it not running with the deck and snow caster, for 300.00. It needed the magneto. So i went to local junk yard got some parts and converted it to a GM HEI ignition. After I had it running I cleaned it up and threw on some paint.Became addicted at that point. I now have 2 1220's 2 tillers, 1snowblower,1 plow blade, 2 decks, and im looking at a 1050 with a tiller and snow blower. I use this to mow my yard and have had verry few problems. I think it does a great job mowing pic attached.

Ok guys, I will nominate my 1973 John Deere 140H3. I drove to Iowa to get this tractor because I could not find one around here. I have not done a complete restoration on it just spures it up. It has done several jobs around here for me like tilling, plowing, thatching, spraying, snow removal, and once in a while mowing. Have put in the local parades and have taking it to a couple plow days. I would have to say if I had to sell any of my tractors this one would be the last one to go.

Nope, I withdrew my nomination. Not knowing the story on the CC102, I'm not sure if it even belongs to him. I deleted my nomination. You're in MAV!
