Been a long time since a rain to do any good, but some looks like it's gonna actually make it here. For the last 2 weeks, with extremely hot weather, all rains have either disappeared, or split, went under us, went above us...never here. Not gonna be a soaker, but a relief and breather for crops. My yard has all but dried up.

Daniel know the feeling don't look like we going to get any today. If i struck a match the yard would burn, fireworks iffie for the 4th if no rain as we will be under a burn ban. We have had cooler temps as it has only been 95 not 100.

Rai is about over, but at least we got some. Maybe 1/4", but gonna be way cooler the rest of the week, so the sun isn't gonna pop out & bake all the rain away instantly.
Hope you get some rain Dale!

Seems anymore, weather always come in extremes, flood/drought, HOT/Cold,....not much in moderation these days.

You know Daniel if I could I'd send you some of what we've been getting here. It's been raining almost everyday since May 20 crops are dying lots of fields under water can't cut hay and its haying time.Roads are washing out its a mess here. The ground is so saturated here that when you walk in the yard it's like walking on a sponge, cutting grass is a nightmare as when the water disappears and you cut the GT's leave mud trails.I've only been able to cut closer to the house as it's too wet.The poor garden is turning yellow from all the moisture. And of course were blessed with mosquitoes as well.Thrid year in a row for us being wet.Boy do I ever wish I could send some your way. Larry
