I know that the folks east of the Mississippi have had all the rain they want. We were going into stage 2 drought again already this year. I the last % days we have had 3 rains, 2", 2" and another 1 1/2 today. I hope we don't have another dry year like last year.

Glad to hear you're getting some. We've been getting a pretty normal amount the last week or so. Nights are still kinda cool, my only concern is that the seeds germinate before they stay too wet for too long.

Isn't it great Brian! A nice slow soaking rain this AM.

We haven't been far behind you in the drought department this year, although we didn't experience the conditions you all did last year I still worried about the dry conditions. We have paper mill property that backs up to our's and our own land is heavily wooded.

Hey Brian, I didn't realize you'd gotten that much rain. I've only gotten 41 one hundredths here east of Ding Dong. Could really use some more as we have some pretty good cracks in the ground already. I think they've had a little rain in the hill country but not enough to help the highland lakes. Think I'll put on my loin cloth, start a small fire and dance around it for a little while. I know that's kinda scary to think about but hey, if it works..........

I hope this is a trend that continues for you. The pics I saw last fall were alarming and another year of that would be devastating. We are drier than normal this spring here and are getting several inches of rain over the next couple of days.

Ronnie, it must be coming just south of you. I know you need it up there too. Praying for more rain for both of us. I don't know if we can take you doing the rain dance. :laughingteeth:

If the weather channel is correct, you both will get more rain soon. Ronnie, you won't have to do a video. We can pass on that one!
