That's a nice looking 800, but $1,700.00+ !?!?!?!?!?!?

Still needs the decals too.

The bidder is either someone completely clueless about Bolens, or the seller.

I highly suspect that it's the seller.

ETA:

VEEEERRRRYYYYY Interesting...

That seller has 3 tractors listed. That Bolens, a Cub Cadet 1606, and a Ford YT16.

All three of them have just 1 bid, and the bidder on all three of them is shown as u***i (737 *)

Looks pretty fishy to me.

If it's the seller with a different account, or someone that shills for him, it's pretty danged sleazy.

Yeah....that needs to be in the "It's Rare" thread.

That guy is smoking some REALLY good stuff if he thinks that he's ever going to get that kind of money for an 800.

I just saw this on CL last night. it does seem a high price, being it only has a deck.

I agree with you all this is a scam or someone is bidding for him to raise the bigs. I noticedhe had bid on all 3 tractors and a red flag went up for me also.

A little off topic but you guys seem to know more about prices for these things. I forked over 1200$ for my 1886-01 with mower,2 stage blower, cab, hiller, wheel weight, tire chains and 3 point. How does it sound?
