Fred (Meangreen) & Denise are bringing chili without spaghetti, where Teresa's will have spaghetti in it. Covering both bases!

Sounds like everyone is in for a good time. I hope everything goes well and I'm sorry to hear Brian isn't going to be able to make it. But if your going to eat you have to take care of your customers or else.

Sure sounds like you are well prepared Daniel. Sounds like we will have a great day. And yes I will be bringing Kenny's axle. We had hoped to bring much more, but with the price of gas, it just wasn't in the budget at this time.
I also want to remind everyone to put money in Daniel's donation jar. I probably don't need to remind our friends, but it sure sounds like Daniel has gone the extra mile to make this Plow Day a success. I am looking forward to seeing all of our members. I will also be bringing our GTTalk banner and want to make sure that we get everybody to sign the back of the banner.
See you all on Saturday.

Daniel, Just got a call and I am going to be on a Breakdown/Shutdown starting Thursday. So I am not going to make your first plow day...

I'm very sorry to hear that you're not going to make it. I was looking forward to shaking hands with you Brian. I do understand that you have to "make the doughnuts" though and will just have to look forward to the next time. Best of luck with the breakdown.

Man this sure sounds like a good time. Wish I was going to be able to make it down and plow a little of that Kentucky dirt. I sure hope everythings works out for you Daniel because I know that you have put alot of work into it, Maybe if you have one next year I can hook up with Chuck and come down.

Even though I can't make it this year Thank You ! for hosting the plow day.

I'm looking forward to going, meeting all the members who come, looks like the weather is going to be good for that day.
I've been working on my tractor doing what I can so it does what it's suppose to do when I get there.

I got the mower off the 318 and the plow on. Made a couple of passes across the garden to make sure it will pull it. 3 days and a wake up. Not long now. Daniel, looks like you are pulling the details together. Chili, hotdogs, chips Man I'm going to eat good even if my plowing sucks. See you guys in a few.

Won't be able to plow due to not getting a plow dialed in for the kubota but the family and I will be there and I plan to be toting the wife and kids around on the trailer. Kenny, your wagon sure would come in handy this weekend!

edit: I also will be bringing a Sears/Craftsman sleeve hitch with or and single bottom plow to sell if anyone is interested.

I may be interested in the hitch. I'll be in the ugly Sears. You know we can help you dial in your plow.

Daniel. Is that ground sandy, or is there some clay in it

No clay other than maybe an occasional spot of it. I didn't come on any in what I've plowed.

Been all day at local school surplus auction. Got a few tables cheap, so we'll have plenty to use on plow day.

I sure hope plow day is a success, as we are doing our best to make it a good day for all. Maybe we're trying too hard, but at least the next one will be easier, as I will have all the hardware I need from this first one. I just hope I have enough food for everyone. Things like this you really have no way of knowing the turnout due to locals coming in, which there will be quite a few I'd imagine. Just have to wing it & hope all goes smoothly. In any case, there will be dirt to turn!
