I am trying to figure out the paint scheme and colors on my 1964 B10. The dash and the wheels look to be white or cream. Which is correct? This unit has been repainted with a rattle can so I am not sure of the colors. Also from what I can find the generator and it's brackets are painted black. Is this right?

It's supposed to be cream. Here are some paints that are 'close'.

AGCO dealers "cream" (still available)
RUSTOLEUM "Canvas White" or "Almond"
True Value "Navajo White"
Dupli-Color "Wimpleton White"
(for a gun, if that's the route you're taking)

The starter/generator and brackets were black and I believe the air cleaner cover was also.

The AC Fast Moving Parts Guide said there was a white used on early L&G, what would that be for?
