Well, I just joined the forum last night and I thought I would take the time to introduce my Honda 5013 that I had been working over the winter. I repainted all the red body parts and some of the black peices also. I'm still trying to get it to idles smoother before I sell it.

It's just too bad Honda stopped making tractors...

Looks good, Wayne! Neighbor had one similar for sale a while back. But he wanted too much for the problems it had. I passed on it.

Thanks for sharing that tractor, has some what of a ATV look to it.

Almost looks like it should be 4 wheel drive.

The four-wheel drive was an option that was available for this model. I'm sure that would be cool if you were plowing snow or something rigorous of that sort.

Wayne, can you tell me more about that Honda? They have always intrigued me but I don't know anything about them.

It came out nice.

Nice Honda. We see quite a few of them up here from little 10hp LT's to the larger GT's with 4wd. I've even seen one Honda compact tractor for sale recently with a 24hp diesel!

Nice looking machine. If it is idling rough and you have done all the normal checks and settings the next thing I would check is the valve lash (clearances) as out of adjustment valves can make an engine idle poorly.
Good luck.

I didn't know Honda made a tractor. Looks interesting. Looks like you are doing quite a nice job on restoring it.
