Started when I asked her if she wanted to go to Pa Plow Day and she said yes. When we got there she said " you should have brought a tractor to plow " , last week saw a DB walkbehind on CL and mention that would be handy to use in the garden she said " get it " . She went with me to pick it up and when I told her the hood didn't fit because it wasn't the original engine she said " now your going to have to get one or make that hood work , also it should have those tractor tires on it ( she ment ag tires ) and what about attachments , your going to need them too . Yep pretty sure she's got the "tractor bug " , Al

That's great Al! Gonna show Teresa this thread! But then I've got most things already, and she knows that very well.

Al, that is really nice to hear that. Not all of us have supportive wives or girlfriends.

You are a lucky man.

Yep it is nice when the wife understands and shares in your interest's. Mine will help me install parts by holding what ever or putting a bolt somewhere I can't get my hand too or she goes and picks up parts, tools, or shop supplies.

Al enjoy your new found interest together it is really wonderful to be able to share with you partner in life.

Thats great Al. My wife likes tractors as well. Not so much working on them but using them. She is usually Ok with any reasonable purchase that doesn't use the grocery money!

Al, that is great. Also, do not buy any parts or attachments, unless it's the disc or sulky. I have all the restore parts you will need, and other attachments.

In all fairness, there have been at least a couple times I spied a tractor or implement for sale, and I just looked at it as I drove on past. Teresa would say "aren't you gonna stop & look at it?". DONE...turn around, look at it, buy it....take it home!

That's great Al! At least she wants something small like a DB. My wife has wanted a Case LA since she first laid eyes on one. They weigh in at 10,000 Lbs.!
