My huntin buddy and me went out to the land to work on food plots today. The case did a good job plowing, got the west side plowed (about an acre). Dan found one of those 4 ft. wide cultivator disc's for working up the dirt, and it did a really good job prepping for planting what I plowed. We planted sunflowers and soybeans today. Going back next weekend to plow the east side and finish planting, Will add some clover mix to it. I will try to remember to take some pictures too. Forgot I had the camera until Dan got stuck.

Dan started out doing some mowing on trails while I plowed, and got his 318 stuck in a low spot. Look at his ag tires in the one pic! Of course my Case gt came to the rescue and pulled the John Deere out of the hole!

Sounds like it was a fun day of plowing. That was nice of you to save that JD like you did. Some people that don't like green might have left it LOL.

He couldn't leave it. It was blocking the trail to the food plot!

I can't believe the grass is that high there already! It's barely green here. Looks like some fun was had by all concerned

Brian,
What's the chance that the storm on the east coast of the US will reach your neck of the woods? They are calling for up to 2' of snow down there.

Thanks for the pic. Once those ags fill up, it's all over. Good thing the Case (&you) were there.

Bill, we are getting a lot of rain out of it. About 3" over the next couple days. I think we are on the warm side of it because it is warmish here and not close to snow temps.
