Nice

Did you get a chance to try the reel?

I have to get some lapping compound and sharpen mine as both reels I have for the walkbehinds are leaving a few strands of grass behind when I'm mowing, but they sure do make nice stripes in the lawn! :D

I haven't yet due to needing a couple belts and not having the time to get them. Hopefully soon!

Scrolling through the old post. I can't believe this was 6 years ago.

I understand this is an old thread, but if anyone still looks at it and can help me, I am finally restoring my dad's 58 Ride-a-Matic. He bought it from my Uncle who bought it brand new in '58. I have had it running about 15 years ago when dad was still with us and he loved it. Just looking for a few folks to help.

There's still guys here with Ride-A-Matics.

You should start a new thread with any questions that you have - I'm sure you'll get answers.
