Finally decided today it was time I started carrying a pocket knife. I carried my 90 plus year old Case pocket knife for the last couple days and figured out... it's handy! lol
One of my bosses at work is a pocket knife guy and he looked at my knife today and said that it was a pretty awesome find. Determined it was the bow center Whittler for certain. I really like it and thought, mabey I should buy a modern one of it. He told me Case knives are now made in China! But, if you get a pre-2011 Case you should be alright, so I found one I liked on ebay, at a reasonable price from 2010, hope to win it here in the next little bit. The handle color is different but I decided the similar handle wasn't worth double the price!! lol
If I win and get it, there will be side by side pics of it and my old Whittler to see the 90 years of difference lol.

Now that I have found my knife, I really dont NEED another knife, so I decided to get a Winchester TMF30, it's like a knock-off leek. Some people dont like Winchester knives, they say they are cheap and poorly made. Personally, they are better then people say but they still are not great. They are a good quality, low quality knife. Lol!

Casey, knives are very handy, I hate not having one in my pocket, and that rarely happens. I hope you win the auction and I hope to see some pics!

Well Ryan, I forgot to up my bid so... I lost it!! LOL

Good news is more do exist, the bad news is finding one I like the handle on that isn't a special edition! Or worse, made is China!

By the way, did I mention I put a $50 spending limit on myself!! LOL

That might be 10 bucks too low for what I want, but we will see how I do. Found a decent one reasonably priced, just gotta decide if I like it enough to buy it lol.

Bummer, I hope you find another! How about some pics of the current knife? Do you know what the model was on the knife you lost out on? If you search the model you could probably find quite a few. eBay seems like a great place to get knives.

Ryan, I can buy 3 Toyota T100s decked out for that LOL.

The model number on my Case knife is 63067. Modern equivalent would be 6383 or as I am finding 6383WH. I put up pics of my old knife (look back a page lol). I can find the green handle that is identical except for being a green handle. And those are around $60 delivered. Or I can buy identical color handle for $45 shipped but it says "Limited Edition" which I hate those so that is out. Or For about $100 I can get the same color handle and is plain like my old one. Or for the $45 I can get the same but in orange handle lol. See my issue, I can't decide... lol.

I'm surprised, Casey! I thought you would have swiped that one up! I forgot that you posted a pic of it before, lol sorry. I see your problem in deciding, just find out how many choices you have, and get a coin with that many sides and give it a toss!

I was finally able to get a new knife today. Since I found my other I wasn't in a rush, I figured I would just wait for a decent one I liked. Its a Buck Colleague. It has the same dimensions as my Winchester knife. It has a 325 blade, kinda low but at least it actually says what it is! At the store they had them in a display case, when you bought it they got the box for it. After I got home I looked at the box and saw those three dreaded words, you all know what they are.
