Hi Paul,
Your project is awesome and inspired me to buy the jd 430 a few weeks ago to do this project. Thanks for the cooling tips , I may use it mostly to push snow with in the winter. If I showed it in parades I would just trailer two or three of my half scale future projects so the overheating would not be a problem, but thanks again. One day we could maybe display our tractors side by side.

Don, your tractor looks great. You'd never know it was a 430 Garden tractor under there.

We just returned from D.C. to see our daughter, son in law and grandson , had a great time. Tomorrow I'll get back to working on the mini 4020 and order another set of rear lug tires from Jeds Tire Warehouse and two sets of front rib tires from Miller Tire. Then I should be done buying tires for a while. I'll post more pics this week and a video driving the 4020 out of the shop the first time.

One day I want to take a picture of all 7 of them lined up out back and park the two mini loaders beside them too . there like garden tractors to me too that i love to play in the snow with. Here is a picture from this afternoon after i pulled out the 4020 and pulled in the next two projects. The monkey wards will be a jd 630 narrow front and the Simplithity is going to be a little hot rodish jd looking tractor with my grandsons name on the sides for him with a cool chrome exhaust stack. You got to have a good imagination at this point. Get the video link to you soon of the 4020 first ride .

Deb just posted the you-tube video of me driving the half scale 4020 for the first time out of the shop. It's not the look i was hoping for with the front wheel assist look but I like it a lot and it looks a little different.
