It looks to have the correct rollers on the back of the deck but that is all I can tell.
Don't worry about the chain, it's a push chain. Now if it was a pull chain then I would worry. :smilewink:

That is a deck off an Allis 416. The right deck should be left side discharge, so I see no way it could work on this tractor, as it will turn the 416's deck the wrong direction of rotation. And the deck likely couldn't be driven from the mid mount pto clutch.

The deck can be driven from the mid PTO with the cross drive belt twisted in the opposite direction from normal, but the angle of the idler pulleys needs to be changed to prevent premature belt wear.

I agree with Daniel, it looks like the Allis AC400 series deck.

Hey thanks guys, I didnt think about the 300 or 400 series mowers but knew that all my decks are left discharge. I still think that chain in the front adds a nice reassuring touch to any prospective buyer.
