Cool, you've got the engine ready to roll.

I went through all my pictures, hoping to find something that may help

you out, with OE placement of electrical parts.

I'm guessing, you've seen this one.

They're probably not much help to you, but you should have them.

We got the motor set back in place and drive shaft hooked back up. Also got the carb and linkages hooked up. I am going to go and get metal to fabricate a battery box tomorrow morning. I would love to see a pic of the stock mounting locations for the starter solenoid and the voltage regulator? I am guessing they mount on the battery box but not sure.

 

Need help with the wiring though. If I am thinking correctly the positive side of the coil is connected to the ignition switch and the negative side gets connected to the points box?
