So you really think that our two great machines would cancel each other out?? But then who would win if it was just our two tractors?? LOL

I know all, Kenny and I are off tangent, but guess what, it drew your attention to having to get a vote in this month. :)

Maybe when Kenny gets his finished, we can do a "Poll" contest post between you 2 guys!

This was a very tough month to decide who to vote for. These are some really awesome machines.

Casey do you have some more pics of the way you did your hoist? I'm thinking about doing the same thing to mine and could use some direction.

Bill,
I do have more pics somewhere on a thread here. I think if you search the "gt forum" for "caterpillar sleeve hitch" you will start to find it. Can't swear it, but I believe that's where it is, and you're looking for an "upgrade" thread but I don't know if that's in the title or not. I can pm you a pic or two later this evening if you don't feel like sorting thru threads.

Ok Bill, I wasn't sure. My lift setup works very well and if you need help/advice let me know. I basically just used a piece of channel leftover from another project. I'm still not sure I don't need to rethink my reinforcement method, still a little bit of flex in some places.

I was thinking about that as well, my son-in-law will be over Friday so I thought I would talk it over with him. But this gives me a very good start. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Ya Bill, I have a hook and eye bolt to the top of the slant back but the torque load is just crazy. Really just need to weld an angle iron across the top of the sleeve hitch mounting bracket.
