Why are you getting rid of the tire?
Dont you want to save it for your 1050 as a spare?

Both the 1050 and the 900 did use the same tire size and the good year Brand but the tread was different.

The "square" Tread was used on the 900,1000 and EK7's

Thanks for proving that I can remember some things! .....CRS is a curse of the elderly! :laughingteeth:

I have a tire off a 1050 you can have if you want it and pay shipping. It will probably need a tube which it might have with it.

Thanks, I appreciate all the kind offers. The "Freidrich" tire sounds interesting. The Carliesle Turff Trac R/S looks good too.

Those tractors used the same tread pattern but they were not as wide as the ones used on the older models

I put on new Carliesle tires on my 1050. I have the tires from the parts 1050 that are in better condition then were on mine if I ever to a restore and I don't have the room to store all this stuff until I can get a shed built in another few years. Unfortunately, some things have to go to make room for other things.

Hello I'm new to GTT . The forums here are full of info Thanks. I have Bolens 1000 with the 16 X 6.50 X 8 Goodyear tires and looking through my collection of stuff I came across a pair of tires off a Snapper Comet that were the same size and tread pattern with the diamonds on the side walls. Not looking to get rid of them but maybe another place to look?
  • Bruce Dorsi said thank you
