I have also come to terms with my neck issues where it involves motorcycles, so I'll be getting the fuel leak fixed on my 96 Yamaha Virago 1100 and putting it up for sale come spring.  It is time.

Neck and back issues have made it pretty hard to ride my quad and dirt bike around anymore. I just keep them and ride them only when my back/neck feel decient. And grand kids like to ride them too. Most of my riding now is in the 2014 Honda Pioneer. I've had it since Nov 2013 and have put on just over 15000 klms. Were able to run backroads in our municipality so this is how the miles/klms add up.Mine is and has been well taken care of,as you can see we enjoy getting out with it.

I took it in to the Dealer for minor warrenty work at the end of Oct just before warrenty was finished and the Dealer just about feel over when he saw the amount of KLM's it had.He said it still looks like a new machine. He also said if you ever want to trade I'll give a top $$ for it,it won't be hard to resell.

A little late , I found this in files I save at work , for Fords but thought those following your repair on the instrument panel  battery drain would want to see what Ford says about it

Steve's batteries are still 100%, so I'm calling it done, but not calling him till Friday, as I'm gonna be gone all day tomorrow.  Went into Southern States today to drop off some parts I pressed apart for them.  Hung out with some of the guys almost 2 hours.  Ended up bringing 2 more fence boxes home to fix, and got both repaired shortly after I got home.  They also sent home 2 Dyna-Glo kerosene heaters they couldn't figure out.  Mike had told me they were all in the office a couple weeks ago collectively trying to figure the things out.  They didn't, but I did.  Got the issues resolved, but they have lost several parts, so only enough to get one finished, which I'll do another day.  I'm hoping the missing parts are at the store.  Otherwise I may have to order them if they want both fixed.  Put out hay to James" cows, then came in for supper.  Waiting on cornbread to cook.

I just got some BAD news from my sister Mary Lois, who has also been battling colon cancer.  She and my sister Angela, who just recently lost her battle with colon cancer were diagnosed the same month 4 years and 2 months ago.  Now Mary Lois has had cancer return in her lungs.  Up till the last couple months, she was in remission.  Today they drained a quart of fluid off the bad lung, but had to stop due to pain.  It has spread through her lymph nodes, and things aren't looking good.  Things just won't let up for our family.

We're driving to Somerset tomorrow, just for a day trip getaway.

Spent the morning working on the 2 kerosene heaters.  Need a new pair of wicks to finish them, and one bracket is missing, so if it's not at the store, then I'll have to make one.  Not enough pay for the work, but I like having something to do on these cold days.  Went to Dad's to check on him, fill his med dispenser, and see that he has plenty of ostomy supplies still.  Came back home and Steve came and got his truck.  He was very happy and paid me what I asked for without blinking....maybe I priced my labor too low! LOL.  He's bringing his other truck Monday for the rear axle seal replacement.  He's gonna be bringing me all his tractors over the winter for total oil changes, hydraulic and engine.  Will give me the old oil on top of labor, which will be somewhere around 120+ gallons!   He plans to bring the John Deere 40 next week too, but we'll see if he gets to that.  Then my daughter Kaylin's boyfriend Matt brought her car and we changed the oil & filter in it, then had a BS session till 10pm.   Tomorrow late afternoon, Nathan, former co-worker is bringing his wife's van to change his oil.  I'm letting him use my post lift.  Otherwise I have nothing planned for the day.

I kept to my plan of not doing much today, but by 2pm I couldn't stand sitting around the house any longer, so went to the shop & attached a plastic ammo box to my ROP's bar on my Kubota tractor.  My brother David stopped for a visit, then James came & got 2 of the 3 horses he had here.  Shortly after that, Nathan came over and I helped him get his wife's van in the air to change the oil and filter.  That's about all that happened in Ball Hollow today!
