Been using it today to save lots of walking & ferrying tools, etc.  I built the new wagon tongue this morning, then took one wheel off for a new tube.  Once I get the tire off, I may find the tire needs replacing.  It's kinda old & cracked & a small crack in the tire may have pinched the tube.

Welcome to the side x side world. When I bought my first one I didn't know if I'd like one, but let me tell you I enjoy mine. I've got a Honda Pioneer now and love it.

Glad you got the Bota you were talking to me about, looks like a real nice rig. I can see you building a snow plow and other tools for it already. You have really needed it on the farm for a good while and it will save you a lot of time and work around there. Congratulations !!

Already time to cut hay again!  Loaded out 1,100 bushels of corn, then greased the discbine & off to cutting.

P_20150810_1029451.jpg

Dad wanted to cut while I ate lunch, so I made sure to get the hay cut past all little washes/etc, then back cut the outer round.  Trying to make it fool proof for him, as I cannot take another major repair right now.  I think he'll do fine.  Tomorrow I may have to climb into the corn bin to scoop corn away from the top lower door so I can put the bin sweep in.  I dread that!

Cool little side by side.

I gotta get stocked up on some hay, down to about 10 bales, but the 2 goats dont' eat much when stuff is green so that will last me a couple months, don'twant to get low though and be in panic mode.

Our gas was down to $2.18 last week then bam, $ 2.59. isn't it ironic it hit right after the first of the month.

I learned something today, I didn't know that you took the sweep in and out, I always thought it stayed in the whole time.

Went on back out & cut all the Sudex.  Just the remainder of the alfalfa/orchard grass field to finish tomorrow.  My grain hauler may come in a little while to load out another truck load of corn.  That corn bin is about to stop flowing, so it means I'll have to climb up the bin & do some shoveling, then put in the bin sweep auger.  I just hope I have the energy.  My shoulders are close to wiped out for the day.  If he decides to wait till tomorrow to load out.....I'm good with that!  :D

The newer bins I think do stay in.  We're low-tech out here.
