Well, carpal tunnel nor elbow nerve were issues as I figured.  But this Dr had access to my MRI from yesterday.  He showed me where my spinal cord is being depressed in 3 spots, one of which was the main problem with my numbing fingers & palms.  He said my neuro surgeons will definitely be doing surgery on my neck, and not the simpler type, as mine is pretty bad.  C5 & C6 is my main problem area, and he said it might require fusion, but I guess I'll find out next Monday.  I'm hoping it can be put off until I get corn in the ground, but who knows at this point.  All I know is I don't want to end up paralyzed, which is what this Dr said would eventually happen if it's not repaired.  Not good news, but not unexpected either.  Time now to go feed the cows silage.

Waiting in Dr office to get zapped. Checking for possible carpal tunnel and cubit elbow.

I get to go have those tests done again soon and possibly have the surgerys again. No fun.

Willie, today's zapping was worse than my first time.  I'd swear I was grabbing my low impedance fence charger!  Have you ever had neck surgery Willie?  Anyone here?

Other than the blood filter thingy, I've never had surgery of any kind either.  Could end up a life changing event.....scary.

Had that shock treatment and I will never do that again. Your right it just like grabbing your E fence!! Told my Diabetes Dr. when she wanted to do that to me, we'll just assume that them nerves are damaged.

I think I would get a second and maybe even a third opinion before I let them cut on me.  I know you want the pain gone and get the feeling back in you arms and hands but messing with neck and spinal cord is serious stuff.  Best of luck.

Instead of a plow day you should have a corn planting day. :oh_shucks:

Bill, if you saw my MRI, you'd know right away I have a serious bulge into my spinal cord, but since my MRI I haven't seen my neurologist to go over the results, only the Dr doing the shock treatment.  Monday will be the learning day from the neck pro's.

Daniel, I would also ask for a second opinion just to make sure what the very best treatment is for you. You have to get thus problem fixed, but it needs to be done the right way or it could bother you for the rest of your long life.

PRAYING for a good and complete healing for you my Brother !!

This was my line of thought as well.  There are so many new things out there and even some procedures that are not invasive or at least less invasive.  Just want you to get the best care with the least amount of side effects.

Raining yet again! Might be able to have neck surgery and be healed before ground dries enough to plant corn! Depressing.
