With heavy snow coming, tomorrow I will plug in Hogzilla's block heater & till the sawdust bedding in the large group calf pens to bring up good sawdust.  Bitter cold coming too, with -8F for Thursday morning.  Dang it's gonna be cold!

Luckily no ice here, as that is all down in TN. Memphis icing now. Member skullbone lives near there.

About 6" snow so far, expected 12" total.  5" at time of pic.  My brother just called & he just made it to just past the first house on our road & started spinning out, so he backed into that 1st house drive off to the side & called me.  Took my Cherokee out & took him home down the hill past my house, then up steep hill with curves past BaumBaum's parent's (My Sis & BIL) house to his house no problem at all.  Never broke traction.

I was watching the radar, this all came up from Texas--- It's ALL BRYAN's fault :poke:  :rolling:

Well, I'll take the blame. Temps have dropped this morning here from 69 to 43 and still falling. At least the rain isn't ice. Hang in there guys and stay safe.

I measure 8" in most places where it's open areas.  Looks like it will keep snowing most of the afternoon.  Should be at least 12".  Many local weather centers look for up to 15" in my area now.  I kinda think closer to the 12" myself.

That's like us down here, I'm glad it keeps raining as we never know when the next precip. will hit the ground around here. But I my have to use the sickle mower to get my lawn back, it's getting pretty tall.
