Got the fridge fan installed, and she's nice & quiet now!  Before it sounded like an exorcism was in order!

Funny how something so small can make the most godawful noises!

Quiting smoking was one of the best things I've done. 9 months on the 6th of nov. I don't cough in the morning and I know I smell better.

I only smoked for 10 years....now if I can get rid of the snuff

I've smoked almost 40 years, and it's so ingrained it isn't funny, but still, it's gotta go, or I'll go early.  The writing is on the wall more today than ever.

To quit you need a reason. Kids. Health ect. I threw my pack away and had to work hard not to pick them up again. Splitting firewood helped me. I had the urge I'd go split till it went away.

we are all here for you and will support you!

I hate every puff, morning coughing, hate it, patch and gum don't work for crap.

Yes, please, my heart goes too fast, only thing that could slow it down was strong tobacco and drink, I am willing to aid in your quitting.

Feeling decent today.  Milked the cows, then as nutty as it sounds, I mowed part of the yard and around the shed/new shop.  Part was still shaded & frosty white.  Used my Grandson Case's Case 224.  Took longer, but it was fun using something different.  At 27F she fired right up!

Cut my smokes at least in half.  One day by 3/4.  Breathing easier, feeling better, and getting to sleep much easier as well.

Tomorrow & part of Tuesday we'll finish shelling corn if we have no breakdowns.  After that the only major thing before winter is spreading the poo.  But we always have the new shop to finish, and it's looking like it may be spring before we get to move into it.

Been working on my friend's "Talon" Chinese go-kart some today.  Took it for the first drive & it does pretty good.  I still need to take down the carb, as I think it's a bit dirty.  After that, the rest it needs is easy stuff he can handle.  Be glad to get it out of my hair & mind.  I have a plenty to do without it.

Got the Case 224 back out & finished the yard around the house.  Looks so much better.  Burning some leaves too, as I mowed them out to the drive.  Not a bad day, still not myself really, but SO much better than Friday.  Get to sleep in tomorrow morning.  Josh needs tomorrow evening off, so we're switching.

Well, won't sleep in much longer than normal.  Had a rough health event this afternoon, so getting medical attention tomorrow morning.
