Dang....still pouring rain!  Gonna just wait a while to feed the cows.  They won't come out in a deluge anyway, so the silage would just become soup.   :(

Went down to the shop to piddle with the HD-12 tractor while it was still pouring.  Josh has about 1/2 the cows milked, and there was a lull in the rain.  So I got it fed without getting wet!  Now it's right back to pouring.  Looks from the window like we have 2, maybe 2 1/2" in the rain gauge.  After applying fertilizer yesterday to the hills, I'm sure glad it came a light rain last night to get it in the ground before this monsoon hit.

Glad you got moisture but didn't think a monsoon was in order. We haven't gotten diddley-squat for rain here!

Still heavy rain and more training on us here.  Expecting heavy storms & heavy rain again early morning tomorrow.  Gonna be a spell drying out from this system!

The cows sure don't care for it so much.

I'm nearing 3" of rain......now if that were all in snow we'd be buried down here!  I can hear the rain roaring against my roof right now.

I think I'd rather have the foot of snow. Hope you don't have any washouts or flooding.

Lots of rain here to, so much so it shut us down for a bit. concerns of a ladle burning through and coming in contact with water. "BOOM"
