One of the suggestions was to bid on the e-bay item... Wouldn't recommend doing that as there is a common tactic where the fine print explains that you're not actually going to 'get' the item, but get information on how to sell or service or whatever the item. So if you bid, you may get what the fine print says and be obligated to pay.

That guy has the auction listed twice. The original auction is over and now he has two seperate auctions. The same layout but ending 3 minutes apart...

I see the ebay ad has been pulled. I reported it to ebay, as well as others that likely did too.

He has it listed twice now...

IMO for whatever it's worth I don't think it is right to use someone else's picture to sell your garden tractor.

If you do you should ask permission or at least say the picture shown is not your tractor.

I just sent a question:

When are you going to post a picture of the tractor that is actually for sale?
The tractor pictured here belongs to a gentleman who lives in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

Should be interesing to see what the answer, if any, will be. :D :D

I reported him/them for duplicate listing practices. Maybe if a bunch of us report him for different things, someone will take notice of the problem.

I reported one as duplicate, the other as fraudulent. I wish they had a spot to leave comments.

happend to me before on kijiji with a dewalt shop vac and he said low usage well he had a picture of a brand new one and i got there it looked like it had fell out of a truck going down 95 he was asking 80 i said its not worth that stuff was missing and it was dirty i think i offed him 20 then got it for 30 i said state in the add that its not as pictured
on to the tractor he should of said (bolens 750 tractor similar to as pictured sure hope you do not mind me using you picture)
i dont care that he used the picture of my tractor but it just seems strange how low the price is it would be a great deal if its for real or is he selling a picture of the tractor not the Real tractor
cheers
