Ok, I'm sort of confused here...
Are you saying that someone is using a picture of yours in their listing? :confuse:

That's what I'm gathering too Brian. That seller has absolutely no feedback which tells me he may be "selling" an image of your tractor and hasn't got one to deliver.

I took it the same way you both did as well. Maybe he has the same model tractor but in worse condition so he used that one. That happened to my dad when he was looking at a truck on craigslist.

There was a guy who posted an add on Kijiji looking for a snow blower for a Massey 10 or 12, he used 2 pictures to show the snow blower he wanted.
One was a pic of mine and the other was 1 of yours poncho62.

Keep an eye on that tractor and put it behind a locked door, years ago I was a victom of someone stealing items to fill orders.I worked at a car dealer and a car was stolen and when it was found several states away the title work had gone through the court house 1 week before the car was stolen, if he gats a good bid he may need a tractor.

If in fact, that is your tractor that he has pictured, I'd suggest placing a bid on it, and see what happens when he can't provide the tractor. Call him out on it. I took notice too, that there is no option at the bottom of the listing, that let's you contact the seller, if you have a question to ask. Sounds a little fishy to me. I'd be a thorn in this guys side. Since it's your tractor, and you can't contact him, send ebay a "report" notice, and explain to them that this seller is posting a picture of your tractor, and trying to sell it as a scam. Tell ebay you are going to bid on it, just to see what happens when you win, and work it out with ebay, that you are not obligated to pay for the item, since it's your tractor, and since he won't be able to produce the tractor in the picture.
