]I would like to share with everyone my first restoration. It started out as i just found this old machine on craigslist as i was looking for something to do over the winter 2 years ago, I never done anything like this before or had a garden tractor. I very soon got hooked on what i was doing when i fell knee deep into restoring this thing and learned so much.

I soon had an obsession and it has grown to six garden tractors, 5 of which are restored. But this tractor here is my first and my favorite. I hope you guys enjoy! Thanks for looking

This is the day i brought her home

Here I had torn down to the frame and started from the ground up

Here is the dozer blade for this tractor

And she gets finished up. I decided to make her glow red underneath.

Looks great ! I wish mine was done, I too have a 1200 as well as a 1650, both have the 2000 rpm pto. which is kinda wierd because the 1200 only came with the sleeve hitch

Fantastic job on the 1200. I have a Snapper 1600 which is basically the same tractor with a 16hp engine. Only gave $100 for it and hopefully I'll get to restore it some day. Working it too hard right now to tear it down.
