Just got a call that my MIL & FIL house burnt to the ground this morning in N.C.. Everyone is OK, but they lost everything. That is all I know right now, don't know if they were able to get anything out or not yet.

Oh craps Brian, I am so sorry to hear this! The most important part is nobody got hurt....physically. Mentally & financially these kind of things can be quite painful for a long time. You & your family have my prayers. When tragedies strike others, it does put our own personal problems into a better prospective. I do hope they had good insurance?

FIL was able to get a big Hope chest full of family photos and the family bible out of the house. I don't know how he carried it out, Myself and my BIL moved it at Christmas and it was all we wanted to lift. He had several old Martin and Gibson Guitars, Mandolins and Banjos that he lost along with my wife and I's sound system. They lost all their cloths and other valuables.

They ARE alive and thank GOD for that.

Thanks for all the PRAYERS, Brian and Joey McAnulty
