The patio hoods may be worth some $ if they are genuine. I've heard of those weights before. I think it was supposed to reduce vibration maybe?

Very nice find Brian. The engine weight intrigues me as I have never seen one. I can see it helping a little with engine vibrations to a small extent.

The engine weight was used on the 112 models with a Tecumseh engine to eliminate engine vibration. There are two different styles, the one pictured is a new style. The value is normaly $100.00 on the new style.

Here is one we have and a picture of the tractor it came off:

Thanks Guys, The hoods are Original Patio (Custom Color) hoods that need some repair. The seat pan is an Original textured pan for Patios also, very hard to find. The seat cushion is supposed to be in good shape and just needs re-dying. I engine weight I had never seen before.

Yes I forget, there are three styles. One that is more square and rough looking (old style), then two that are almost the same except one has 2 mounting holes and one that has 3 mounting holes. :)

Nice score Brian. I guess you won't be needing my advice on texturing a seat back anymore huh? As for the seat, try going over it with some rubbing compound lightly, then follow with polishing compound. I'm curious to see if it will clean up any for you. If you're planning on having it re-dyed anyway, it can't hurt to try and clean it first.

Anyway, again, nice score. Now all you need are serial plates!

Troy, I still need a serial plate and one more seat pan. I will try to clean the cushion before I dye it. Thanks
