Just got a line on a MF1855 in Nashville available. The guy didn't say how much, but has a 54" deck with it. That's all I know now. Hoping it has 3pt & rear pto. He listed a lot of stuff he's offering for sale, but no prices. If I can't afford, I'll pass info on to you guys. I have to be in Nashville in 3 weeks for a dairy meeting. They pay my mileage, so if I can buy it, then no costs to go get her!
Below is his list.

Engines: (All but one are belt start Kohlers out of Cubs. Carbs not included)

K241 10hp - Runs great. No smoke or knocks,
K301 12hp - Fresh rebuild. Zero hours.
K301 12hp - One balance gear missing. Clean and great compression.
K301 12hp AQS - block only.
K321 14hp - Don't know much about this one. Need to test it.
K321 14hp - 93-94 Kohler factory replacement engine. Runs fantastic! (includes Walbro carb and S/G). Complete plug 'n' play engine.

Implements/Attachments:

Wheel Horse Tack-o-matic (?) belly cultivators
Brinly plow with coulter - sleeve hitch, good condition
Brinly cultivators - sleeve hitch , good condition
Brinly plow for Cub Cadet Original (single hole)
Brinly "Y" Adapter for early Cubs
Cub Cadet Wide Frame Sleeve hitch rear lift - complete with lower bracket
Cub Cadet headlights and panel off of 149

Tractors:

JD 110 with front blade and hydraulic lift. Runs great. Has headlights but missing lower grill.
JD 210 not running at the moment due to electrical issue.
MF 1855 with 18hp Onan and 54" deck. This is one big S.O.B.! Needs restoration.
Cub Cadet 2072 SGT - No engine, but VERY clean! 46" deck is frozen.
CC 109 roller with hydraulic lift.
CC 106 roller.

I have a bunch of other stuff (mostly Cub), but I just cannot think of everything at the moment. Time permitting, I will try to have this updated with more details/pics by next weekend. No way that I will have time to do it during this week, and I will be out of town several days next week. Just have to do my best...

Hey Daniel,
Do you think the Kohler 14hp K321 will fit in the Massey MF12? If you think it will maybe see if you can get a price on the one that is a factory replacement. :D

I'm sure it could be made to fit, but crank height is lots taller, so would likely have to find a longer flat belt. I'll try to get prices soon.

When it comes to deals like this you got to keep your eyes open, be ready to act fast and be quiet about it till it's in your garage.
Hope it works out for ya.

2 or 3 weeks ago I missed out on a running 1855 for $200. ad lasted 1 day.

I'm not getting my hopes up, just scoping it out. He posted this on another forum I go to now & then, so the cat's out of the bag, but it's a very small forum with just a handful of active members. Maybe he's not posted it elsewhere. I emailed him for more info.
