8 out of 10 hay producers we contacted use aminopyralid broad leaf herbicides on their hay fields ie. Milestone, Curtail, and many others. Grass sucks it up, cow eats grass, cow poops it out, you put poop on garden, you be very sorry for long time!!! Fail to heed my warning you will truly be sorry. Google "Killer compost" search it out for yourself. Please spread this info around and help prevent others from experiencing this tragedy.

I have heard of a farmer who bought hay and had about 350 acres of soybeans die off. Thanks for the warning.

The dairy farmers and beef farmers here spreads the manure into the hay fields and their own gardens, they also sell manure to Landscapers, all organic here.
That pisses me off to hear of people doing that to gardeners, we just had the Tamato Blight last summer.

I used to get manure from the local stock yard, but I wasn't sure if it was good, so I quit doing that.
