My wife is making supper for us and George and his family ,so I had to make a trip to the store. I checked with George's wife to see if they needed anything. Turns out he was taking a nap. Apparently he is still as tired as me. But the good news is, after unloading the truck and the trailer George hooked the mower up to the Bush Hog and mowed a liitle grass. I told him to get the video camera and shot a short video of the tractor in action.
Once again thanks for all of the interest and some pics and a short video will eventually be posted.

Grand, so the HD-12 is mow ready? Will tinkering to get it going made that much easier! Look forward to the video!
How's the wife doing?

I will have to split the pics up over a couple of posts.

It was terrific finally getting to meet Will and seeing Sherwood Forest in person. He does some amazing work with the timber and sawmill. I only had the larger lens for the camera because I forgot to switch the lenses out before we left so I apologize if some of the pics didn't turn out as well as they could have.

Here are the pics from the ride up north that we snapped while driving:

As we got going up route 400 it is very rocky up that way and we started to notice these formations of rocks being stacked on top of the cut away rock. We were thinking that it might of had something to do with the native Indians or something but here Will said it is a trendy thing for commuters that are stuck in traffic to do LOL.

Here are some pics from Will's place. I know whenever I see Will again he is probably going to kick my arse for posting a pic of him but I had to take one. I sneaked one in while him and dad were talking. It was great getting to see Massey Hall in person. The workmanship Will puts in to his creations is amazing. The cabin was awesome and the bathroom was even better. We tried to see the Massey that was sacrificed in the "When will it fall through the ice contest" but it was overcast and we couldn't see it other then the rope that Will had tied to it.

Here are some pics of Massey Hall and Will's tractors:

Here are some more pics of Will's stuff and some pics showing his custom woodworking. The sink he made in the bathroom was awesome. Also a pic of dad standing with Will's Sears Ski tractor that won tractor of the month.

Grand and George, I'm glad to hear you got home safely.
It was a real pleasure meeting you, and spending some time together.
Next time, hopefully will be longer.
Also, thanks for all the kind words.

Are far as the video of the HD w/mower goes, I'am also anxiousley waiting to see that.
I didn't think the old girl had anything left in the PTO end, being the Massey's had
a grand old time for the past 7 months. LOL LOL

Here are pics of the load once we got home. Notice the addition of a Bolens on the trailer. We picked it up on the way home. It was one dad had won on ebay. We rearranged everything on the trailer once we got there to pick it up and it all fit on there pretty good.

There is also a large two bottom plow on there which is Daniel's(olcowhand) along with a Bush Hog V4-8 which is also Daniel's. Member DH1 had dropped the Bush Hog off at Will's place the week before. Would have been terrific if we could have met Doug as well.

That two bottom plow is huge and heavy. Also a pic of our new tire design from the blow out we had.

Here is a better pic of the Massey MF8 snow blower Will sent home with us. I don't have an 8 any more but I am sure we can find someone who would use it and appreciate it.

Some more pics also of the two bottom plow and Daniel's Bush Hog V4-8

And alas the purpose behind the trip to Canada was the Bush Hog HD-12. I don't remember all of the exact details as for how it was found but Will graciously went and picked it up, paid for it and stored it at his place for almost a year. We originally didn't know it had the pull behind trail mower until Will went and picked it up. We thought it was going to be a regular belly mower deck.

I knew the tractor was larger in size then the HD-10 from the pictures that Will had sent me with it sitting beside his Massey MF16. I was really surprised with how large the tractor was seeing it in person. It is basically the same size as my Massey 1655. When Will picked the Bush Hog up the wiring was a mess and it was not running. The wiring was just hanging out the side of the tractor. Will built a battery box for it out of ..................... surprise "wood" LOL. He got the wiring put together and got her running. He also had a chance to drive it and use it which was great.

The trail mower is bigger then I thought it was as well. The thing is heavy. It has had some repairs on the axle height adjustment which I will touch up when I restore it. I had to try it though when we got everything unloaded and sure enough it works great. The throttle linkage on the Bush Hog needs some work as it is only getting to about 1/3 throttle and it is running pretty rich which. It still managed to spin the trail mower enough to test it out. Once the throttle is fixed up I think it will do terrific with the trailer mower and the hydro will be even smoother. The hydraulic lift is awesome and works great as well.

The HD-12 does need some work though. The latches for the hood are missing and they had some bolts in that the hood sat on and it wore in to the hood. It won't take too much to fix that part other then trying to find latches that are close to factory. I would love to put a diesel in this thing.

I took some pics of the Bush Hog sitting beside the Massey 1655 to give an idea of it's size.
