Let's see Most all Cub Cadet decks are shaft driven, and the 1450 deck is belt driven,so make sure you pick one that is driven the same way.

Maynard, the Cub decks I have come across are belt driven, haven't seen a shaft driven yet.I saw a Cub Cadet deck adapted to a Massey once.

Used it all summer. No problems. If you decide to go this way, let me know, and
I can provide more detailed pics/dimensions.

I just read through that thread. Here we are March 20th, and it's 24c. What weird weather this year.

Sherwood did you decide to keep the 1450? It's a nice looking tractor & you did an awesome job on that deck. I might try to build one but don't have anything to go by for measurements. I've probably got the only massey's around this area so there are not many options
Yes, I decided to keep it.
Look around craigslist, or kijiji. You might find one.
