I'm gonna be going off-line in a coupla days, so don't think I'm mad or anything. The Cable Co. jacked my cable and internet up 60%, and then wants to charge me another $9.95 for something I don't have. Enough is enough. There's got to be a better way.

Sorry to hear that. I hope you'll be back soon. Maybe there is another option for internet service.

Who is your cable company and what are they charging you for that you don't have? These companies are getting ridiculous!

Sorry to hear you will be off for a while. Hope you get your situation worked out to your satisfaction soon.

I had Time Warner for internet here, then Verizon Fios came to town. Talk about competitive. These two are battling for every customer. Works for me.

Billygoat, look up Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) typically carried by phone companies. Tends to be cheaper, and doesn't offer quite the speed, but for most people it is just fine. GL and don't go without because of a bonehead cable co...

I don't blame you for walking. I'd be mad too. Hope you come up with a solution.

Get a pre paid smart phone , they work ok for most things., and is much better than going with out.
