Reality is setting in and I just figured I was not likely to get to my Simplicity 2010 in any sort of a near future :mecry: :mecry: . Meanwhile it sets outside down by my other "stuff", which was where I parked it when I drove the old mosquito fogger down there. Thought about selling it knew it would not get much though and hated the thought of someone parting it as it is pretty much all there including a 42 inch deck. Needs some engine work, deck bearings, few other minor items.

My next oldest brother bought a house on a couple acres this fall, happened to mention to me the other day about looking for a tractor for mowing and more, not wanting to get a newer throw away type. Told him it would be a project but if he wanted it come get it. Boy was he happy!! We had to tear down the carb but got the old fogger to run long enough to head to the truck. Told him he had to bring it back if he decided he did not want it, no resales! Mark likes to tinker with things too like me but his main interest has been motorcycles, soon to change to GTs I think he may have the bug :laughingteeth:

Did I do good????

I'd bet you did real good......you've infected another with "GT Madness"! Same with me most of my younger life........motorcycle mania! Dirt bikes mostly. I still like my street bike, but GT's are my main love in hardware! Your bro will likely get the fever right away. I'd bet his temperature is already going up! :smilewink:

Hey thanks again all of you!! I think Marks Motorcycle hobby is slowing down because he has a house and a yard to maintain now, has been renting a place for years. That and getting older might have something to do with hit. He shares my gift of "I can make it work", my other two brothers (youngest and oldest) share the gift of "I can call Greg" :laughingteeth: . He came over with his compression tester and the old girl hit about 95 lbs, and the inside of the bore was good and smooth so I think he will be breaking it down for rings at least.
I hate to see it go, but know where it is and can visit if I need to. Should be able to steer him here, will get him to say Hi when he does.
