here are some pictures of my old floor jack
got it back around 1980 for $5.00 at an auction. nobody bid again me for it
I use it a lot. some day I need to repaint it

That's a cool looking old jack, would love to have one like that. Is there a name on it anywhere?

Pretty slick all right. I wonder if the "scissors nest" helps it raise exactly vertically, rather than the usual slight rearward movement of modern floor jacks.-?---Bet that sucker wasn't made in China.

I love things like this! Never saw one, but man look at the quality in that! Grats on the find ( I bet everyone else @ the auction thought it was junk) :thumbs:

Believe it or not I have one just like it, mine is kinda rusty right now but I intend on getting it back in working order this summer.

That is cool. I've had chain drive on a bicycle, go-kart, motorcycle, pocket watch, billfold, etc. But never on a floor jack. I like it. Thanks for sharing. Rick

I too happen to have a jack that looks like it, except for it being the hydraulic version.
