My response was geared towards the NOS attachments not the recoil starters....

Oh, duh! I guess if you knew where they were you'd have put one on! In that case, if I find the mother load of them whilst I'm looking, I'll send one your way!

That is a clean neat set up, the NOS disks looks great.

You've got to be kidding me!
I usually check a couple times a week on ebay for a recoil assembly and the only week I forget to check a NOS one pops up and I miss it! :wallbanging:

Somebody wanted that starter very much to spend $210.

Have you opened your starter up, Brian, to see what parts you need to repair yours?

I Havent opened it up yet, but the recoil wire is out of it.
I have been hesitant to try and open it up as I dont want to lose hold of the spring inside and not being able to rewind it again.
I guess its no good to me the way it is now, so maybe I will give it a go this weekend.

GUUUUULLLLLLP! Is that what they usually go for? There's another one on there for a Kohler and it's already at $115! I don't think I need one that bad! Of course if I hit the lottery...
