Thanks glgrumpy & you are right. I need a Manuel for this. This is the first 1450 I've seen. Not very many Massey's in this area, I've got them from 7 to 120 hp.

I have a 1650A and know you'll love your 1450. The "A" designates the rear PTO. There was a PTO shaft of eBay but he was really proud of it. You might check there. Unless you have something to run with it, I can't see much use in having one. The only problem I have is that I have a rear discharge mower deck and grass gets in around the PTO pulleys and they'll rust out and it's almost impossible to blow out the grass without taking everything apart. Good luck with the 1450. Oh, let's see some pictures.

Thanks Olcowhand, that's what I thought but the pulley is missing on the hydro drive & so is the upper shaft. What part of Ky you from? I'm in Maysville, 1 hr north of Lexington. That's a nice looking 3 pt mower you built.

I'm between Campbellsville & Hodgenville, about 3hrs from you. I've been through Maysville a couple times in the last year or so, once to get a blacktop sealer machine(for the diesel engine), then 2 weeks later for my Bush Hog T-63 tractor near Coumbia. I liked that new bridge! I went that way to avoid interstates & particularly, going through Cincinnati.

Tinner I'd post pictures if I could but don't see a way to do it. Using an I phone so I think it's a little different than on pc.

Just 1/4 mile? You must live on the side road just before the bridge on the right, as going toward Ohio???

As you are going to the bridge there is a road to the left goes up around a hill & I'm up there. It's right before the cut in the hill & just after the bridge over the valley.

I need some help!  I have a MF 1450 tractor that has only been used with the snow blower attachment.  Problem is I am in need of a set of spindles (PN3020422M91 and 3020423M91). Can any one help with a source to find these spindles or a similar type that I could use?
