I have a s14h I picked up the wiring is all cut I was looking at the manual to rewire it and found it was mixing the interlock moduale is there anyway to bypass this part

If you can figure out which circuits are being interlocked on the wiring diagram, you can wire those together and effectively elliminate the module. It is essentially a safety module not allowing you to start the engine unless the PTO is disengaged and maybe be a few other things like the seat switch etc. I can help with the wiring if I see the diagram.

i got a s14 if i can help let me kwow . ihave the motor off it at this time waiting to find good cranck and rod .

I had found a repair manual on the Ariens site. They have some good wiring diagrams, the older models didnt have the interlock. Those had some other safety switch instead, maybe if you tried an older style you could bypass. Good luck with the wiring.
