I've used a sulky behind a Gravely, but I never saw one of those set-ups before on a Lawn Boy. I'm supprised the Lawn Boy folks aren't bidding that up ? Seems like it would be pretty rare. Was blue a factory color ? I only remember green...

Just when you thought that you had seen everything....

Gotta say that IS different.

I put it on my watch list just to see what it eventually sells for.

Seems the factory color for these was either blue or gold depending on the year. That actually isn't just a sulky behind a mower. They were a 4 wheel rider and the mower deck was self powered and hooked to the front. They also had a snow plow attachment and I think a few others. There is a collector that exhibits at the Wellington OH show that has a whole fleet of them. They look like they would be a real pain to ride but they aren't as bad as they look.

Thats cool little add on! Whenever I think of a sulky I picture a steel bar with wheels and a seat on it!

Doug, I've exhibited at that show the last two years, and don't remember seeing them.

Of course, as large as that show is, it is possible that I missed them.

I'll be there again this year as well.

If you show up, again this year, look for me.

I'll be the guy with 4 or 5 Bolens with some attachments (see below).

I missed this thread. That Lawn Boy is pretty cool and if I wouldn't be spending a good bit of money to make a trip to Canada in a couple weeks I probably would have bid on it. It isn't too far from us either.
