I posted on the Colt-Case-Ingy Forum asking members to post pictures of their favorite Tractor and include a little about it. I found that many members do not have Colt-Case-Ingy tractors, but nonetheless frequent that forum. So I decided to post the same message here and include my favorite non-Colt-Case-Ingy tractor. I really enjoy seeing well restored tractors, but I also like to see what people value regardless of it's condition.
I am sure that the Mr. Hydrive fella will have something to say about this too. I just hope it inspires him to post a picture of his Torx model and tell something about it, because it is very cool.:smile1:

My favorite tractor currently is my Cub 147. I love my Masseys and my MF 12 is my real favorite but it is out of commission right now until I replace the one spindle on the mower deck. I like my little MF8 especially for trimming but it is too small for me to be comfortable on for extended periods. The Cub 147 I have lots of room to feel comfortable on and the hydro makes for easy mowing and the Kohler runs great.

Here is a pic of the Cub:

Once you get to use the MF1855, then it will be your fave George! My favorite of my herd in a practical sense is my MF1855 w/FEL. Couldn't get by without it as it's a true workhorse & does a lot of work here on the farm. As to looks-wise, I couldn't pick between those I've restored...I love em all!

Yeah, those 55 series Masseys (1655,1855) are really great tractors. Now that I have one AGAIN,I wouldn't (get rid of) this one for anything.

67 MF12Hydra is my favorite so far.
Have used it to cut grass, rototill the garden, level the driveway with box scraper, plow snow, and haul stuff around.

It would be hard for me to pick a favorite of the tractors I have,as I like them all,and don't really have a favorite.

Either my first 73 MF12g, or my second 71 MF12H. Both are my goto tractors when i need a job done, and all other options have failed.
