This month is getting a lot of nominations! If we get this many votes it will be a great month! I was going to nominate my tiger but this is some tough competition!

I'd say go for it Ryan! The more the merrier! I personally love the longer write ups! It makes for a good read and it's great to hear the back stories of how it came to be yours! Keep the great nominations coming!

These tractors are all awesome. There's noway that this is going to be a sure win. What I mean is that having restored a few over the years I know just how much time actually goes into doing a good job.If anyone doesn't know I can say that these tractors would be all priced way out of anybodys range. The Labour alone [if one charged for there time] would make it impossible to afford to buy one.Good write ups and good work to all that posted so far. Larry

I felt I had to trim some of the story out of my entry as it was so long. Just figured most people wouldn't want to read the long version. :wallbanging: Cut out a lot of the restoration details. ~~~
Many great entries so far. This one is going to be a real nail biter!

I'll Get in on this month as well
I'll nominate my 1969 Bolens Estate Keeper (EK10)

I bought this just over a year ago after quite a few years of looking for one of these. It was complete when I got it but It was in pretty rough shape. All tires were bad, some of the rims had rust holes in them and parts of the aluminum hood were cracked. I ended up draining out about 2 quarts of water from the crank case :wallbanging: Thankfully I had a few parts engines to swap out the connecting rod, piston and crank.

I had a friend of mine sandblast the parts for me and then I got them primed. The aluminum is like a sponge and it took about 4 coats of primer LOL. After that I had to hand sand all the parts to scuff up the aluminum paint surface for the paint to hold.
I bought decals for it and had to get the ID plate custom made as well.
Here is the end result, I hope to restore one of the decks I have this summer .

As you may know i Just got one of my own, I just got the correct engine for it but if i had had it a while back it would be done and you would have had another EK-10 to compete with but it looks like your on your own. Not sure if you have my vote yet we'll see.
