Was going to work on filling
My tires with fluid this weekend mother nature had different plans for me albeit a very close call for me barely a half mile away a tornado ripped through my area it was dead on course for my house but shifted a 1/4 mile away I wasn't home at the time my wife and kids were I work in ems and it's a terrible terrible feeling hearing all the destruction going across the radio knowing it heading toward your family. I got lucky no damage at all how I don't really know my neighbors weren't so fortunate

Glad to hear your family and you are safe and sound. Terrible devastation these things cause.

Thanks for letting us know you're OK and please pass on well wishes to any neighbors who were affected.

(PS, I put your post in the Off Topic area for you)

Don't know I could handle that. But have been thru a couple here in Arkansas, When you deal with Fire and rescue for long time it gets to you. Thanks for the post and our prayers will be with everyone.

Knowing the storm was headed for your family is a horrible feeling. 2 years ago I watched the news as their radar indicated a confirmed tornado rolling directly over my parents' house. Turns out it was a mile or so away, but I didn't know that until I drove over there. That feeling in the pit of your stomach during something like that is the worst.
I'm glad your family was spared, and your neighbors will be in our thoughts

Sorry for the destruction of the neighbors property. I am glad your family was spared. Thank you for doing your job in Ems. That can be tough in itself.
