One nasty one just went through just before leaving the milk parlor. No tornado here or near that I know of. I was just finishing milking....early milking I might add. I wanted to get the milking out of the way in case it got really bad. If I'm gonna lose a barn or worse, and I survive, I don't want to have to worry immediately about milking no danged cow!
Marysville, IN got obliterated as I hear. I feel for those people. It's not over yet, and is headed NE. So you guys batton down the hatches!

That town, whatever the name is, is in Clark County Indiana. LOTS of destruction there. They are saying the tornado was anywhere from an EF3 to EF5.

Currently watching the evening news and there are quite a few areas that were hit by the storms you folks posted about. Hope and pray that everyone is safe.

That's a nasty weather system that's covering a LARGE portion of the mid-west! I hope that you guys stay safe and that the folks in the path of the twisters are all taking cover! It looks like part of those weather systems will make it up our way later on in the evening.

Thanks, but my little corner of the world is out from under the gun. However, the eastern half of the state is still under all sorts of warnings. Last I heard, 5 have died in Indiana.

The last news that I saw reported several deaths in the large area hit by today's tornadoes. For these families I offer my prayers.

Last death toll count is 8 as I heard just now on the news. 3 were a mother with 2 small children just uncovered from debris in Indiana. So sad to hear of this especially.

We completely dodged the bullet this time around. It split north & south of us, and we barely got a soaking rain from it. My thoughts go out to those that took direct hits, and to the families of those who lost their lives.

May everyone else weather the storms safely. This one has claimed far to many souls already.

If you are down that way, let us know you're OK.

Daniel, glad it's past you and all is well there.
