Nice tractor I just picked up a 75 - 165...check er out...


I'd like to see more photos of yours...thx that way I could compare...does you'rs have the welded in motor like my 74 lgt 145 does?

Most of the fords had the engine pan weld to the frame.I have some that the pan will unbolt from the frame.Later Josh

Ya Josh, I thought the same thing, My 75 165 has this same setup, so maybe they didn't 'weld' in the 16 hp kohler? Or maybe they didn't do the 'welding' in 75, (from to serial numbers on the motor I was able to 'date' my 165), the serial numbers on the tractor itself were gone, but my 145 is def a 74 and it is welded in...hmmm

NutCase the engine in my 165 is welded to the frame.
