Here are a couple of pics of the bolens 600 my dad bought at the end of this past summer. His username on here is grand.

He got it with a snow thrower, mower deck and snow blade, I forget how much exactly he paid for it but it was a pretty good deal.

I love that 600.
Has it been used at all recently. I think I remember you saying your dad was using it for mowing, this summer
I picked up a Broshure from 1962 that features the 600 and ride-a -matic. When I can get time to do some scanning I will post it here.

That would be cool with the brochure. He used it to mow a couple times and then the mower deck started to crack at the one spindle. He got another deck from Rich Show and we are going to put that one into action this summer. I still need to get the mower deck for the 800 setup for him. I would love to get a group photo of his three bolens with my two masseys.

Looks good, cant believe how many different colors bolens tractors where over the years. I've seen pics of gold machines but have never seen one in person.

Ya dad and I talked about maybe not doing gold when we restore it but maybe off white and cream orange, ya it wouldn't be original but I think it would look cool.
