Kenny, I already know how I can do it, I just never considered box tubing like you used. I think that would work well to raise the gas tank as well so that it is still in the right location (considering), but I still have to get my tires upgraded first. May not need it because the clearance should be fine.

Casey, I had clearance, but forget chains. The 1X1 will make it real easy to raise tank and all. Just have to add some to the bottom of the fenders so the foot rests can tie in. Plus, I get more room for a cylinder!

Gunmetal Grey and black. Couldn't see anything yellow in this yard. Got a few things done today, but left the camera down at the shop. Guess you all will have to wait for the update!

Thats coming right along Kenny. I see you are taking advantage of being able to work inside at the new shop. I'll be following your progress on this as I'm really interested in the hydraulic 3pt. you are adding.

Casey, The Cub is the only yellow tractor I will have. Since the GTV started life in silver, I just went a few shades darker.
Brian, 3-point is in a holding pattern at the moment. Waiting for parts. I need to find a cylinder, hoses, and a reservoir for it. Plus figure out where it will all mount. I will have some pics posted today, just left the camera at the shop. The fender pan is now an inch higher, giving good clearance for the monster tires. The respite from the 3-point has given me time to think about some of the other things that need attention on the old girl. I did pick up a pair of wheels yesterday to widen the rears for the 26X12's. I can add another 2" to my wheels, putting them out to 9.5" which is what the tread measures. That may shorten them some, also.

Got them for $20 and have decent looking 23X10.50's on them. They are still on the rear end, must be a newer as it has just the shaft in the middle with snap rings holding them on. I'll get some pics today to post.
