Yeah I guess it does. The fields are pretty much the highest point in that area. Anyone know what we will be plowing this year. I know that we will be plowing the same that we did last year but its been awhile since we have plowed across the road and the other hay fields.

I don't know what fields, but I do know there was corn in some of it. John's been busy mowing the stubble off and I think he even ran the discs some so people won't have troubles.

See you guys Saturday, looking forward to meeting the crawler too.

BTW, just another reminder that 285 is closed, anyone coming from I-79, it's better to go thru Meadville and take 322 East to 173 North.

I tested the windolph crawler and plow out today it plowed very good so its all set. I got one wheel horse done. I put an electric fuel pump on it so it will quit stalling when it warms up (it has a vachum operated pump 8hp kohler) I need to put two new drive belts on the two horses and change the oil in one. Almost ready!!!

Been keeping an eye on the weather. It drizzled overnight, but seems to have stopped. They're calling for cold but dry until Saturday afternoon. Then it's a 30% chance of rain.

Things are normally wrapping up early to mid aft anyways, so it may just be the cold we're dealing with.

I think you'll have to wait until tomorrow when it starts, Will!

:mecry: Well, if I have to.
I was hoping Alan would go fire up his rig at lunch, and give us some teasers.

Yeah, that would be nice! Maybe some folks will take pics of their tractors loaded and ready to go, at least.

Been there, unloaded, and in a hotel for the night. It was cold and windy up on the hill. See all that are coming tomorrow, hopefully it warms up.

I am officially home. It was cold and somewhat windy, but we got some plowing in. Th ground was very hard and all the GT's were struggling, and that was with plow riding involved. I took a few pics though, on my iphone.

Members that showed up:
Alan (MH81)
Steve (Caseguy)
Fred (Sparky)
George (grand)
Jeff (not sure the name)
There were a lot of us I guess, Alan will know, and I we will both pot pics later on.

My wife and I just got home and we had a wonderful time. It was a little cool with temps in the 40's but the warmth of good friendship helped overcome the chill. The covered dish luncheon was quite tasty with many folks bringing some really good food. Will post some pics tomorrow.

George, glad to hear you and your wife made it back alright. So I take it you are the only ones of us to bring a camera, let alone one that worked when asked to? lol.

I forgot about compliments on those who participated today, brought in food, entertainment, the Alsdorf's, and anyone I forgot to mention for putting this event on. Thanks.

Yes Casey we made it home a little later than you and your Dad.We stopped for dinner on the way home but it's still a bit of a drive, but worth it. It was nice to see you and your Dad and hope that you both had a good time. One member to add to your list would be Alan's son Ryan ( MF10Ryan ) whom I know you met. The other fellow would be lawnrangerkid ( Josh ). I don't know if you got to meet him but I did talk to him briefly before we left. He was the one with the crawler. Hope I didn't miss anybody else.
