The plow I have has been cut off just in front of the cutting disk and a 2" angle welded on with pins for the 3pt.

After looking at the hood of the tractor think I can just make it removable instead of tilting. Then I can attatch the box.

Bolens never had a front weight box... They used a brinly dump that attached to the rear , thats probably what you are thinking about.

Ain't the first time I have been wrong. Thanks for straightening me out on that. I know i have seen one mounted on the front, but it must have not been for a Bolens.

I remember seeing that too, either here or another forum. Probably what I was thinking of.

Yeah, that was mine. I'm still trying to figure out what Sears it bolted to, but I have started gathering steel for the new mount construction.

Could a home made y type hitch off the front work and just put regular barbell lifting weights on the post sticking out the front work for Don? He would not have to mess with the hood at all and the hitch would attache to the front where the blower would.
I can see it in my head but can't describe it very well. Welcome to the jungle Don someone will figure it out for you.

I think you would be better off finding some front weights for plowing.

Are you referring to the front weights or the Brinly dump?

Is the front axle mounting the same as a 1250?

Doc, I'm pretty sure you overpaid. I'm certain several people here would help you out by buying them for what you have in them.

Nice looking weights! What do you have them on?
