I have been wondering the same thing lately, I just haven't checked into it yet. There are other members with old Jac's and Ford's maybe someone has done this already.

I'm not sure if any of the threads on the Jake Chiefs show a sleeve hitch or not. They are the same tractor, more or less.

Might give member lsaltis1961 a shout. He might be able to help.

Are the rear axles similar to the LGT series? I built one for my lgt 145, but it's a later model closed side tractor.

I just called dad, member nyabc. He has a sleeve hitch on his MM. He said Jacobson made them. I will try to get some pics when I go out there today.

Ok I'm dumb lol. See I never had one, so I really didn't know what it was. But if that is one on the MM then I have one on my Ford 100 already LOL.

im guessing the rod runs to the bottom or the deck handle? seems fairly simple enough, i think i remember seeing a set of holes open on mine below the hitch.

Here are the pictures I took today.

Hope they help.

Thanks for adding yours too Josh.

I spoke to dad about the sleeve hitch. He got his at the Ford tractor dealership. It is made by Jacobsen.

Chris, I will be the first to admit how ignorant I still am to many things on this subject. That's one reason that makes this site so wonderful, the wealth of knowledge just flows freely. All you have to do is be able to soak it up. I have learned so much here.
