I just bought a MM108 from an old guy that deals with Olivers and other collectibles. The information
that I got from the woman on the Stamm Sales website tells me it's a '65. There were subtle things that were specific to 1965 I was told. The tractor looks to be mostly complete. Unfortunately the rear fenders are pretty rotten, along with the battery holder. The engine pulley shield is also gone.

The fenders could be patched up but I'd rather put a clean set on there. The shield and battery holder are simple and probably can be fabbed unless I can find those as well.

Is there anyone that knows where I can find these parts? The Jacobsens should have the same parts and would probably be easier to come by.

Good find. Never seen one before.

As for parts, I'd look at the sponsor's here on the site first.

Check out with the site sponsors or ebay would be an option as well.

Those fenders at least in the pics don't look too bad unless the pics are not showing the rust.

Thanks all. The fenders look fine in the picture but they are completely rusted through below the seat. I can only hope that I will be able to restore it to look like Josh's. The Stamm site has not been updated since 2007. I spoke to the mother of the guy that was running the garden tractor operation. Turns out that he's grown up, gone through college and is now married and no longer lives there. They are in the process of updating the site and moving all the GT stuff to his new location so things are a little mixed up right now but still seems to be a good source of info.

I found a pulley shield on ebay today. It's from a Jacobsen and it looks right so I hope it fits. I got decals with the tractor, not sure if they are correct for the year so I have to do some more digging. I saw a '63 Jacobsen on craigslist a month ago in Wisconsin. It had the parts I needed AND it had hydraulic lift. I called the guy today and he said he sold it to a friend of his but that his friend may be willing to sell it to me..... I hope to hear back good news!

Thanks for that. I have been a member of this site nearly since the beginning but haven't been active until very recent. So far it
has been a very valuable research tool.
