Looks like I better rig up something for a plow as we are looking at 1-3 inches of snow across north Arkansas. So wish me Luck.

Not sure yet what we will get out of this. Weather Channel is saying 1-2 inches of snow now. Take care!

Whats a salt truck ??

(just kidding. Some cities may have a few, and fewer snowplows) This weather DStaggs is talking about is ICE and where he is is pretty hilly I think-It will be a big mess-- No one is looking forward to it.

Your snow front will get to us about Sun Pm and meeting rain coming from the Gulf-looks like the collision between the two will dump ice/snow mix from SW to NE AR. Mon. Kenny, looks like you're in for more snow today too.

Need to fire up the Ford today just in case. Got the box blade on it, hope I don't have to put the front blade on.

Ice storms and freezing rain are just evil. I hope you guys don't get hit too hard. We got some last night but it looks like mostly ice pellets. We got about 2" of rain followed by a flash freeze and I could here the ice pellets or whatever beating on the bedroom window most of the night. I've got to go out now and see how slippery it is. We're on a private dirt road so it gets iced up a lot. Might not make it to church this morning.

We get ice/sleet quite often down this way. Just enough warm air to keep it from snowing.

Hope you can get around OK. Yep, Ice IS evil. If the 4-cast is correct, we'll have several days of power outage, which means I'll be sleeping in the shop next to the wood-burner.

I haven't used the snowblower since I replaced the belt probably a month ago.

If I knew it was that easy I would have put on a new one in August.
